HSBC is a concept app and campaign designed to support international students in the UK while introducing them to HSBC through a helpful, student-first onboarding experience. The outcome is a clearer entry point into everyday banking making setup, guidance, and key resources feel simpler, faster, and more welcoming supported by a campaign that communicates trust and relevance. I developed the work through audience research and journey mapping, feature prioritisation, and iterative UI and campaign concept development, refining the final direction through feedback and real-world touchpoint mockups.
